Staff are volunteers in a handful of time zones, so replies take a day or two. For anything quick, the Discord is usually faster.

Common questions

I forgot my password.

Open a ticket from this page with the account name and the email you registered with. Staff will reset it by hand — there is no automated reset yet.

My donation reward has not arrived.

Rewards land in your prize chest, not your bag — talk to the chest keeper in town. If it is still missing after an hour, open a ticket with your GW- reference.

The client will not connect.

Check that config.ini points at the right IP and port 6001, and that you are running the launcher rather than the raw executable. If it still fails, send us the error text.

I found a bug that helps me.

Tell us. Nobody has ever been punished here for reporting something — people have been punished for farming it quietly.
